DAY 1: Nairobi
Meet on arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi and transferred to Lotos Hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at the Lotos Hotel on bed and breakfast basis.
DAY 2: Nairobi– Amboseli (240 kms – approx. 4 hrs 38 m)
After breakfast depart to Amboseli Serena. Crowned by Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak, the Amboseli National Parks is one of Kenya’s most popular parks. Nature lovers can explore five different habitats here ranging from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli, wetlands with sulphur springs, the savannah and woodlands. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch. Overnight at Amboseli Serena (BLD).
DAY 3: Amboseli – Lake Elementaita (350 kms – approximately 6 hrs 12 min)
After an early breakfast we leave behind the beauty and tranquility of Amboseli and drive to Lake Elementatia enroute Carnivore for Lunch. Elmenteita is a peaceful and low-key place, lying in the shadow of an impressively peaked hill known locally known as the ‘Sleeping Maasai’.
Lake Elementaita attracts many visiting flamingo, and it shores are grazed by zebra, gazelle, eland and families of warthog. The lake and its surrounding forests are perfect for long walks and birding… Overnight at Elementaita Serena (BLD).
DAY 4: Lake Elementaita –Masai Mara Serena (150 kms – approximately 2 hrs 44min)
After breakfast, proceed to the most popular game reserves in Africa- the MASAI MARA National Reserve. Masai Mara is the best place to see the “Big Five” animals (elephants, lions, leopards, rhinos and buffalo) together. The famous wildebeest migration also takes place at the Mara. Overnight at Mara Serena (BLD).
DAY 5: Masai Mara
After breakfast proceed for the morning game drive and enjoy the beautiful savannah. Overnight at Mara Serene (BLD).
DAY 6: Depart
After breakfast you will be transferred to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward flight. Lunch or dinner on this day is not included. (B).
