DAY 1: Nairobi
Meet on arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi and transferred to Sarova Panafric Hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at the Sarova Panafric Hotel on bed and breakfast basis.
DAY 2: Nairobi – Sweet Waters
After breakfast depart to the Sweet waters Tented camp. Embrace the awe-inspiring natural beauty of your surroundings, and set the stage for a visit you won’t soon forget. Located within the sprawling Ol Pejeta Conservancy, one of Kenya’s most noteworthy conservancies and home to the ‘Big Five’ (elephant, rhino, lion, buffalo and leopard), Sweetwaters Serena Camp offers a holiday experience unlike any other. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch. Overnight at Sweet Waters Tented Camp (BLD).
DAY 3: Sweet Waters – The Ark ( 94.5 kms-approximately 2hrs 5 mins)
After an early breakfast we leave behind the serenity of Samburu and drive to the quirky and iconic- The Ark where you arrive by lunch time. An afternoon game drive in the Aberdares National Park should be great. The Ark overlooks a floodlit waterhole and salt lick, which attracts a host of awesome wildlife. Modeled after Noah’s Ark, The Ark has four viewing decks with balconies and lounges to provide superb game viewing from the comfort of the lodge. The animals come to you! Overnight at The Ark Lodge (BLD).
DAY 4: The Ark – Lake Nakuru (200 kms – approximately 3 hrs 15min)
After breakfast drive to the beautiful and serene Lake Nakuru. On the floor of the Great Rift Valley, surrounded by wooded and bushy grassland, lies the beautiful Lake Nakuru National Park. Lake Nakuru National Park is renowned as a bird sanctuary with over 400 bird species, including huge flocks of flamingoes and many other water birds. It is an excellent park for wildlife spotting and is home to many water-loving animals such as hippos and waterbucks.
Overnight at Sarova Lion Hills (BLD).
DAY 5: Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara (280 kms – approx. 5 hrs 19 min).
After breakfast, proceed to the most popular game reserves in Africa- the MASAI MARA National Reserve. Masai Mara is the best place to see the “Big Five” animals (elephants, lions, leopards, rhinos and buffalo) together. The famous wildebeest migration also takes place at the Mara. Overnight at Sarova Mara (BLD).
DAY 6: Masai Mara
After breakfast proceed for the morning game drive and enjoy the beautiful savannah. Overnight at Sarova Mara (BLD)
DAY 7: Masai mara – Azure Hotel Nairobi (230kms-approximately 4hrs 32min)
After breakfast we drive to Nairobi. Overnight Stay at Azure Hotel Nairobi
DAY 8: DEPART
After breakfast you will be transferred to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward flight. Lunch or dinner on this day is not included. (B)
