DAY 1: Nairobi
Meet on arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi and transferred to Lotos Hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.
Overnight at the Lotos Hotel on bed and breakfast basis.
DAY 2: Nairobi – Sweet Waters (210 kms – approx. 3 hrs 38 m)
After breakfast depart to the Sweet waters Tented camp. Embrace the awe-inspiring natural beauty of your surroundings, and set the stage for a visit you won’t soon forget. Located within the sprawling Ol Pejeta Conservancy, one of Kenya’s most noteworthy conservancies and home to the ‘Big Five’ (elephant, rhino, lion, buffalo and leopard), Sweetwaters Serena Camp offers a holiday experience unlike any other. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch. Overnight at Sweet Waters Tented Camp (BLD).
DAY 3: Sweet Waters – Lake Elementaita (202 kms – approximately 3 hrs 47 min)
After an early breakfast we drive to Lake Elementaita. Elementaita is a peaceful and low-key place, lying in the shadow of an impressively peaked hill known locally known as the ‘Sleeping Maasai’. Lake Elementaita attracts many visiting flamingo, and its shores are grazed by zebra, gazelle, eland and families of warthog. The lake and its surrounding forests are perfect for long walks and birding… Overnight at Elementaita Serena Lodge (BLD).
DAY 4: Lake Elementaita –Masai Mara (150 kms – approximately 2 hrs 44min).
After breakfast, proceed to the most popular game reserves in Africa- the Masai Mara National Reserve. Masai Mara is the best place to see the “Big Five” animals (elephants, lions, leopards, rhinos and buffalo) together. The famous wildebeest migration also takes place at the Mara.
Overnight at Mara Serena (BLD).
DAY 5: Masai Mara
After breakfast proceed for the morning game drive and enjoy the beautiful savannah. Overnight at Mara Serena (BLD).
DAY 6: Depart
After breakfast you will be transferred to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward flight. Lunch or dinner on this day is not included. (B)
